POLICIES & GUIDELINES
AGE
Players must be 13 years or order as of the tournament date. All ages are welcome to attend and watch the tournament.
FOOD & BEVERAGES
Concessions will be sold to help offset the tournament cost. You are welcome to bring your own food and drink with two notable exceptions - NO alcohol and NO grills
CHAIRS & TENTS
Players and fans are encouraged to bring their own chairs. Tents for shade are permitted.
RESTROOMS
Players and fans will have access to the Rec Center to use the restrooms.
WEATHER
In the event of inclement weather, notices will be sent to players updating them on the status. The makeup rain date will be the following week, Saturday, Sept. 21, 2024.
EQUIPMENT
Players are responsible for providing their own equipment as none will be provide by the tournament except balls and nets.
CONDUCT
This is a family friendly event and we ask all participants to conduct themselves with this in mind. Please show respect to players and fans alike by cheering for and not against players. Please NO cursing or loud outbursts. We ask that fans to respect the players and avoid making comments about calls on the court by the players.
WAIVER
All players are required to sign a general liability waiver prior to playing.
